Full Payment must be made 5 working days (for Cambodians) and 14 working days (For Foreigners) before the tour.

All Confirmed booking are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Rebooking shall have corresponding fees.

Visa Reminder

  1. Pass or Fail on the visa application is mostly based on the administrative authority. Failure of Application normally happens because of incomplete documents / requirements, insufficient payments like the Visa fee, delivery service fee, insurance, incomplete hotel bookings, etc. As a good practice, the length of stay must always perfectly match the flight dates and hotel bookings.

  2. Pathfinder Travel Co Ltd cannot interfere with the visa process, regardless of pass or fail, Embassies from other countries have the right to keep (not return) all the submitted documents like bank certificates, residence certificate, marriage contracts, even notarized and original documents.

  3. Some Embassies take time to process and check everything based on the material presented and the situation even after the interview. This is normally because they check international records for any bad remarks or if the person is blacklisted anywhere around the world, this may affect the approval of the VISA.

  4. Document validity is very important especially the passport, make sure that the passport expiration date goes 6 months beyond the date the tour finish date.

  5. It is highly recommended to ask your home country government or at least ask help from the Embassy of the country of your chosen destination to make it clear about the requirements before making full purchases.

  1. Local currency used is PhP or Philippine Peso and recommended to change money before departure.

  2. Payment must be made in FULL before booking is considered confirmed.

  3. Room Prices are set for 1 room with 2 Adults sharing; same sex sharing will be arranged if clients are not in close relations, a request for 1 room 1 person will incur additional cost.

  4. Any activity done outside the given itinerary will be under the customer’s full responsibility and therefore Pathfinder Travel Co Ltd. will not be held responsible for any events that may occur as a result during, in between and after the said activity.

  5. Pathfinder Travel Co Ltd. is not held liable in case of changes / cancellation of activity inside the itinerary due to uncontrollable forces such as bad weather conditions, accidents, theft, civil issues or any crime.

  6. In case of policy adjustments and price increases from the Airlines, Pathfinder reserves the rights to adjust the sales price and charge the guest the price difference.

  7. The price given will be based on flight origin, Pathfinder Travel Co Ltd. reserves the rights to change the price basing it on the point of origin of the client.

  8. The age determination of children's prices in various countries may be different, and our company reserves the right to make adjustments to the children's age standards.

  9. Pathfinder travel reserves the rights to adjust the room allocation based on the final group size.

  10. Meals are pre-set and standardized by the restaurant / meal provider and based on the tour package purchased by the client, clients are free and can choose to buy different food at their own expense.

  11. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure he/she or any member of her group is in good physical, mental, and medically fit to travel, Pathfinder Travel Co Ltd. will not be held responsible for any negative effects of these factors that may present during and after the tour.

 

 

 

 

  1. Throwing trash on the floor ANYWHERE is a sign of disrespect so trash bins are located visible to the public mostly as good sanitation practice.

  2. The government model is a democracy so people have the right to vote and very active exercising their rights.

  3. Coins are used especially with public transportation and low price purchases

  4. Credit/Debit cards are accepted only with major establishments like Malls, CASH in PhP is more preferred for transactions.

  5. Prostitution is considered illegal.

  6. The Philippines has a very strong war on illegal drugs.

  7. High risk places with terrorism, violence and war are not easily accessible and will NEVER be used as a tourist destination.

  8. It is almost impossible to get lost traveling as long as you can read and speak English, Traveling is along at night is considerably safe but is not advisable just like any other country.

  9. Majority of the Population are Christians and or Catholics expect almost everything to relate to religion.

  10. High Speed mobile data (4G / LTE) are mostly located on major cities, 3G is more wide spread but not as reliable.

  11. People in General would like to wake up early for things deemed important, punctuality is a big deal for most, and travel activities may be as early as 4am.

  12. Public Transport are everywhere as Jeepneys, Tricycles, Buses.

  13. UBER, GRAB and Taxi service are present on Major cities but expect to pay much more compared to public transport services

  14. Rickshaws / Tuk-Tuk / Moto Taxis are considered mostly unsafe therefore not a popular way to travel

  15. Traffic rules are Strictly followed, all vehicles are on left hand drive.

  16. Trustable money changers can be found in Banks and Malls.

  17. Government offices & Banks regular work days are Monday-Friday.

  18. Policies, Laws and Standards are mostly patterned and similar to the US.

  19. Traveling 15 Kilometers away from the Airport from 6am to 1am may take approx 2-6 hours because of extreme traffic jams.

  20. Due to the Spanish and American influence the food selection easily found are mostly meat based and or fast food.
