The following individuals are exempt from submitting the SGAC :
1. Visitors transiting or transferring through Singapore who do not require immigration clearance.
2. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents.

Prohibited Items for Entry into Singapore

Chewing gum: All chewing gum is prohibited from entry except for medical purposes.

E-cigarettes and related products: E-cigarettes, e-liquids, heated tobacco products, and similar items are prohibited from entry.

Controlled Medications: Prescription medications require a doctor's certificate or prescription.

Certain controlled substances may be completely prohibited; it is advisable to consult Singapore's Ministry of Health in advance.

Pirated Publications and Goods: Bringing in pirated books, CDs, clothing, and similar items is prohibited.
