Who are required to register or update in the eTravel?

The following shall be required to register/update in the eTravel System, except foreign diplomats, and their dependents, foreign dignitaries, and members of their delegation, 9(e) visa holders, and holders of diplomatic and official/service passport:
Arriving Filipino and foreign crewmembers;
Arriving Filipino and foreign passengers;
and Departing Filipino passengers.
When should the eTravel be submitted?

You may register within 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival into or departure from the Philippines. Travelers are enjoined to present their proof of eTravel registration prior to boarding their flight.

Prohibited Items: Any fresh vegetables, fruits, narcotics, firearms and ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, or counterfeit currency.

Currency Regulations:
Carrying more than 50,000 Philippine pesos in cash requires prior approval from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Carrying more than $10,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency must be declared to Customs. -
Duty-Free Allowances: Adults may bring in 1.4 liters of alcoholic beverages and 2 cartons of cigarettes (or 50 cigars).
