​Who is eligible to register Malaysia Digital Arrival Card(MDAC)?
  • All foreign citizens travelling to Malaysia must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card(MDAC).

  • Effective 01 January 2024,completion of this MDAC will be mandatory,except those list below:

1. Malaysia permanent residents and long-term pass holders;

2. Citizens of Singapore;

3. Diplomatic and official passport holders;

4. General certificate of identity (GCI) Bruner darussalam holders;

​5. Brunei Malaysia frequent traveler facillity holders;

6. Thailand border pass holders;

7. Indonesia cross-border travel document (PLB) holders.

When should the MDAC be submitted?
  • Complete and submit MDAC within 3 days before arrival in Malaysia.

What materials are required for the SGAC?
  • Valid passport information

  • Personal contact information (phone number, email address)

  • Malaysia itinerary details: Date of entry, flight number, purpose of entry

  • Malaysia accommodation address or hotel

REMINDER
  • Travellers carrying cash or bearer negotiable instruments more than USD 10,000 equivalent must declare to customs.

  • Travellers are not allowed to carry Malaysian Ringgit more than USD 10,000 equivalent without permission from Bank Negara Malaysia.

  • When applying for an MDAC entry card and entering Malaysia, your passport must be valid for at least six months.

  • Passengers must answer all MDAC questions. The passenger himself or herself is responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all information submitted on his or her behalf.

  • The MDAC is free on the official website. If you do not understand the operation to fill in the registeration, we can help you to enroll in MDAC and assistance in traveling to Malaysia. Therefore, we will charge a certain registration service fee.
