​Who needs to submit the Singapore Arrival Card(SGAC)?
  • All foreign visitors entering Singapore must submit the Singapore Arrival Card.

  • The following individuals are exempt from submitting the SGAC :

1. Visitors transiting or transferring through Singapore who do not require immigration clearance.

2. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents.

When should the SGAC be submitted?
  • Please submit your SGAC within 3 days prior to your arrival date in Singapore.

What materials are required for the SGAC?
  • Valid passport information

  • Personal contact information (phone number, email address)

  • Singapore itinerary details: Date of entry, flight number, purpose of entry

  • Singapore accommodation address or hotel

Prohibited Items for Entry into Singapore
  • Chewing gum: All chewing gum is prohibited from entry except for medical purposes.

  • E-cigarettes and related products: E-cigarettes, e-liquids, heated tobacco products, and similar items are prohibited from entry.

  • Controlled Medications: Prescription medications require a doctor's certificate or prescription.

  • Certain controlled substances may be completely prohibited; it is advisable to consult Singapore's Ministry of Health in advance.

  • Pirated Publications and Goods: Bringing in pirated books, CDs, clothing, and similar items is prohibited.

  • The SGAC is free on the official website. If you do not understand the operation to fill in the registeration, we can help you to enroll in SGAC and assistance in traveling to Singapore. And we will charge a certain registration service fee.
